Many years ago, after Coty discontinued Coty 24 -- which was the best long wearing lipstick ever -- I stumbled upon Fran Wilson Mood Matcher lipstick at a local drug store for just $1.99. How good could it be for $1.99, I thought, but I tried it anyway because, well -- $1.99! Thank God I did! It's been my staple for over 10 years now. And while I've never met anyone else who has used Mood Matcher lipstick, last October it got a nice mention in Instyle magazine.

Mood Matcher lipstick comes in funky colors like orange, blue, yellow, etc., and when applied they change color according to your chemistry. I like the orange which usually becomes a natural peachy-pink, and the red stays a wonderful everyday-perfect color.
When you apply Mood Matcher, it's creamy and moisturizing and it really does stain your lips. It's perfect! If you're eating very greasy food, the stain will come off, but otherwise your lips truly stay colored for hours and hours. And it's a true stain, not a cakey, matte-y mess like most of the so-called long wearing lip colors on the market.
Mood Matcher lipsticks are now $4 and well worth every cent. I buy them 6 at a time. They now also come in a larger, more modern Twist Stick for just $10. I haven't seen Fran Wilson products in retail stores but you can purchase them at www.franwilson.com.
